OPIS:
A spatial installation made of metal. It is a modern alternative to painting. The work is presented at a solo exhibition in Germany (Bergisch Gladbach) 2024-2025.

INSTALLATION STYLE:
The strictly regulated form shifts the power of the works toward expression rather than specific representations. The deliberate abandonment of a background means that the central element of the works is a "tangle" of wire, from which emerges the outlines of human figures, depicted incompletely. Isolating the figures and cutting them off from their surroundings allows for a focus on the gestures and behaviors they represent. Asceticism and the elimination of detail ensure that the final effect is the result of a limited form. Simplification broadens the possibilities for interpretation, while reduction enhances the power of expression. This work would make an ideal modern wall decoration for a living room or bedroom.
