Complaints and returns

Before accepting the parcel, always check that it has not been damaged in transit.
If the packaging has visible external damage, I recommend that you refuse to accept the parcel and then contact me by e-mail:


1. In the event of incompatible of the goods with the contract, the Customer should send the goods back to the Art Studio with a description of the non-compliance.
2. The Art Studio shall respond to the client's complaint within 3 days of receiving the complaint.
3. If the implementation of a justified complaint involves sending a new product to the Customer or removing non-compliance, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the Art Studio.
4. The Art Studio reserves that the differences in the photos of the Goods and resulting from the individual settings of the client's computer (color, proportions, etc.) may not be the basis for a complaint about the goods.
5. The Art Studio issues a receipt or invoice for each sold product.


Returning products:

Within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, you have the right to return them without giving reasons.

This applies only to consumer sales, so it applies only to sales to a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes not related to professional or business activity.

The right of return does not apply to orders personalized by the Consumer. The returned product cannot bear traces of use. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.


If you want to return a product:

1. Send back the purchased product.
2. Attach a written statement to the package in which you will provide the account number to which the refund will be sent.
3. Within 3 working days of receiving your parcel, I will check the condition of the delivered product (whether it has any signs of use, whether it has been damaged or destroyed).
4. If there are no contraindications, I will send you an e-mail that the return of the product has been approved. The money will be refunded to the attached account number within 3 days.

If your return of the product is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), I will send you a notification to the e-mail address provided that the return of the product has not been accepted.
Within 3 business days, I will send the product back to the indicated return address, paying the shipping cost.
