OPIS:
The painting measures 43x33cm and is framed in a natural oak wood frame.
PAINTING STYLE:
The painting evokes associations with a fragment of a map that has been blurred, partially erased. The central, irregular form unfolds like a memory stain, its boundaries constantly shifting, losing sharpness and stability. Thin, linear strokes, reminiscent of a sketch or an attempt to define an axis, do not organize the space but rather emphasize its impossibility of capture. What was intended as a construction remains unfinished, as if dissolved by the painting process itself. The painting functions as a field of tension between inscription and its disappearance, between intention and its dispersion.
The ascetic color palette, based on natural, muted earth tones, reinforces the impression of the work as a found object, a fragment of something larger that has eroded. Here, the painting becomes a form of gesture.
